All you need to prepare is
A pot for hot water perming, a stove (gas or induction), a wig, a towel, and a splitting board!
Please be careful not to catch fire when using a gas stove.

Braid half of the hair, curl the other half with curlers, and do a hot water perm.
First, let us introduce the braiding method.
For hot water perming with braids
The tightness and thickness of the braid will affect the way the braid is permed.
If you want to get a firm and fine curl → Separate into small bundles and make them tight. (See the picture above)
If you want a loose and large braid, use a large bundle and make it loose.
Braid in the same way as above.
If you want to get the hair straightened to the roots, braid the hair in a bunches.
You can also braid the hair to the roots!
If you want to curl the ends of the braid as well, curl the braid with curlers, etc.
If you want to curl the ends of the braids as well, curl them with a curler, etc. before applying the hot water perm.
Next, we will introduce hot water perming with curlers.
First, let's start with how to curl curlers.
As shown in the figure below, take blocking for easy curling.
Start from the bottom row and wind in this order.
In this case, we want to give the curls a curling curl like an iron.
Take hair lengthwise and wrap it around the curler.
Use the tail part of the comb (the pointy part) to curl the hair beautifully all the way to the ends.
Curl your hair neatly by pinching it in between.
Once the hair ends are well curled, curl the hair up to the roots.
Finished curling the whole hair.

Submerge the wig in boiling water.
*When using a gas stove, be sure to turn off the flame before inserting the wig.

Drain off the water, being careful not to burn yourself.
If you pour the wig into the sink with the hot water

After draining the hot water, cool the wig by running cold water over it to make sure that the wig is properly curled.
Run cold water over the wig to cool it down.
If the wig has volume
Put the wig, water, and ice into the pan in which you drained the water and cool it.
The entire wig will cool evenly.
　The wig will take shape as it cools.
Be careful not to undo the curls while the wig is hot.
If you untie the wig while it is hot, the curls will fall out.
After the wig has cooled down, untie the braid and wipe off the water well.
The braid will look like this when it is wet.
Dry it with a hair dryer...
After drying, it looks like this.
