Unused items only. Please contact us at

Please note that we may not be able to accept returns for some specially processed wigs, even if you have only tried them on.

Shipping charges for returns due to reasons such as "the image is different" must be prepaid (customer pays).
Shipping charges for returning defective items will be borne by Classe.
Please do not dispose of damaged or missing items, as we will always collect them for investigation.

Please note that only the product price will be refunded to the customer.
Please note that the amount refunded to the customer will be the price of the product only.
Shipping charges, cash on delivery charges, and bank transfer charges are not refundable.
If you have used the payment at a convenience store (deferred payment), please make a payment once you receive the invoice for deferred payment at a convenience store. After that, we will issue a refund to the customer.
